The Porte de Versailles exhibition center is preparing to become the European capital of tech for four days punctuated by a succession of major events.
The tenth edition of VivaTech takes place from June 17 to 20 at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center (Paris). 180,000 participants and 14,000 start-ups are expected. Here are the day by day highlights of the event not to be missed.
Wednesday June 17: Bernard Arnault to start, Jeff Bezos as a superstar
The tenth edition of the show will open with the opening ceremony at 9:15 a.m. on the VivaTech Theater stage where Bernard Arnault and Maurice Lévy will share the stage. In this same room, Yann LeCun will speak from 2:30 p.m. to address the following theme: “Beyond language models: building an AI that understands the world”. Another highlight of the day, the presence of Jeff Bezos. The Amazon founder will also speak on stage at the VivaTech Theater alongside Dave Limp, CEO of Blue Origin, in a session moderated by astronaut Mike Massimino. The time of this session has not yet been communicated.
Thursday June 18: Emmanuel Macron and debates on agentic AI
Like last year, Emmanuel Macron will be present at Porte de Versailles. The President of the Republic is expected at the VivaTech Theater to address the sovereignty and competitiveness of France and Europe. Here too, the time of his intervention is unknown. At 12:40 p.m., still at the VivaTech Theater, a round table will take place with Peter Steinberger (founder of OpenClaw) and Thibault Sottiaux (OpenAI product manager) on the following subject: “The agentic company: from software development to daily work”.
Friday June 19: focus on newspace
In recent months, newspace has made a place for itself among the trendy sectors in tech. VivaTech will devote particular attention to it, particularly during the third day of the show, with five sessions dedicated to this universe. Among them, a live demonstration is planned at 10 a.m. in the Discovery stage, in the presence of Alain Hautcoeur, CEO of Nimesis Technology.
Saturday June 20: Molière and QVMA
For the last day of the show, VivaTech opens its doors to the general public. The organization promises a “festive” approach. Numerous events are planned, including a play by Molière generated by AI between 2 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. on the Violette stage. This last day will also be marked by the intervention of investors from “Qui Veut Etre mon Associé” at 10:15 a.m. at the VivaTech Theater to preview “QVMA Amplify”, a platform intended to structure entrepreneurial support in France.
