We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If you have paid for a service (e.g., feedback, assessment) and we fail to deliver it within the agreed timeframe.

  • Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the service and we are unable to resolve it.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a double payment for the same service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after services have been delivered.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., “I expected different feedback” or “I thought the AI would behave differently”).

  • Delays caused by user-side issues (e.g., incorrect contact information, failure to respond or submit requested materials).

  • If you have violated our Terms of Service.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase or the delivery date, whichever is later.

  • Payment receipt or proof of transaction

  • Description of the issue
