This is the first acquisition for Rivage, which wishes to create an alliance of entrepreneurs by offering them the resources of a large group while preserving their autonomy.
Two ads for the price of one. On April 27, Rivage announced that it had raised 50 million euros from the Belgian fund Strada Partners. The company, which wants to create a large French managed services and cybersecuritytook advantage of this operation to make its first acquisition with the purchase of Infoclip, an ESN founded in 1989.
Created in 2025, Rivage aims to build “an alliance of entrepreneurs to create a sovereign and independent French leader in managed services and cybersecurity by 2030,” explains Edouard Rousseau, co-founder. For Infoclip as for the next companies expected to join the structure, the acquisition model is based on a well-defined plan: “The founders transfer their capital to Rivage, then reinvest it in order to become co-shareholders of the group. Part of their shares is indexed to the performance of their company”.
The model aims to align all entrepreneurs around a common objective: “All come together around a pact: unite to perform better. There is a real alignment of interests”. An approach which is accompanied by a deliberately flexible organization: “It is an autonomous and decentralized model where the companies which join us retain their freedom, their name, their teams and their DNA”.
Objective 4 to 6 buyouts for 2026
For its part, Rivage provides several shared services to support their development: network sharing, pooling of support functions such as human resources or financial management, as well as dedicated systems such as executive coaching. “The objective is to benefit from the benefits of a large group while guaranteeing the autonomy of the companies that join us.”
With the Belgian fund Strada Partners, Rivage is relying on a player who seems well positioned to support its project: “What we want to build in France, they have already achieved in Flanders with AXI Services. They already have experience with this model”. Thanks to this financing, Rivage was able to acquire Infoclip, a specialist in managed IT services, covering in particular the cloud, cybersecurity and outsourcing, which generates eight million euros in turnover and has nearly 500 SME and mid-cap clients. For the future, “we are aiming to acquire four to six companies in 2026, to achieve an aggregate turnover of between 25 and 30 million euros,” concludes Edouard Rousseau.
