The start-up automates tasks such as rental accounting, fundraising, bank reconciliation and communication between owner and tenant.
First round of funding for Rivage. There start-up French company founded in 2025, which has developed rental management software for real estate professionals, announced on July 6 to raise 1.5 million euros. The operation was carried out with Kima Ventures and several business angels.
“Real estate remains a sector that is still not very digitalized, where many tools and software are no longer adapted to current technologies and uses. We want to improve the quality of service for real estate professionals by saving them time on administrative and regulatory tasks, so that they can devote themselves fully to the relationship with their clients,” explains Alex Chauvin, CEO and co-founder.
Concretely, Rivage automates tasks related to property management such as rental accounting, fundraising calls, bank reconciliation or even communication between owners and tenants. “For example, in the event of water damage, a tenant can write a message on our platform and our AI will suggest a plumber who is used to working with our client,” illustrates the manager.
Target 5 million euros of ARR in 2027
The solution developed by the start-up is aimed at all property managers, whether real estate agencies, social landlords or even managers of student residences. Rivage markets its offer via a SaaS subscription, the price of which varies depending on the size of the managed housing portfolio and boasts several dozen clients.
There fundraising should allow the young company to invest in marketing, improve its product and strengthen its commercial acquisition in France with its sights set on the objective of 5 million euros in ARR in 2027. Recruitments are planned since Rivage, which has 11 employees, plans to double its workforce by the end of the year.
